This page explains what information CoquiWeb collects through this website and how it's used. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email aileenmarcano@coquiwebpr.com and ask.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We don't collect any other personal information, and we don't use tracking cookies beyond basic, anonymized site analytics (see below).

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry about a project. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

• FormSubmit — processes and delivers contact form submissions to our email. See FormSubmit's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized traffic data (pages visited, general location, device type) so we can understand how people use the site. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics.
• Stripe — if you become a client, recurring Care Plan payments are processed securely by Stripe. CoquiWeb never sees or stores your card details directly.

Your rights

You can request that we delete any information you've submitted through this site at any time by emailing aileenmarcano@coquiwebpr.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
